Sri Tera Rajinikanth Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter dated 30.01.2018 before the Registrar (Judicial) stating that his client intends to withdraw the Writ Petition No.18164 of 2015 with a liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition. This request is also reiterated in the Court. Permission is accorded.

Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty as sought for. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
