Heard Mr.Subramanyam Daraboina for petitioner and the Assistant Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1. The petitioner though prays for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.865 of 2014, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Karimnagar, but confines his prayer to recall the non-bailable warrant issued by the learned Magistrate on 24.11.2014. Perused the material and I am prima facie satisfied that the alternate prayer of petitioner to recall the non-bailable warrant issued on 24.11.2014 can be considered, subject to the petitioner appearing before the learned Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Karimnagar on 05.10.2017.

The criminal petition is, accordingly, disposed of by recalling the non-bailable warrant issued against the petitioner on 24.11.2014 subject to the petitioner appearing before the learned Judicial Magistrate of the First Class, Karimnagar on 05.10.2017 and continuing to appear as and when required.
