THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.38869 OF 2016 ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ or order, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus quashing the F.I.R. in Crime No.56 of 2016 on the file of Women Police Station, Adilabad in Adilabad District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration the fact that the matter is arising out of matrimonial dispute, the police concerned are directed to complete the investigation without arresting petitioners and file the final report in accordance with law. The petitioners are directed to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each with one surety for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer for their future appearance as and when required by the investigating agency for the purpose of investigation

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
