THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.5890 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.3 and 4 in not complying with the provisions of law while investigating Crime No.301 of 2016 pursuant to the complaint made by the fifth respondent.

In view of the nature of relief sought for and in the manner of disposal of this Writ Petition, the notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with.

The complaint was registered under Sections 420 and 506 IPC. This Court cannot go into the merits of the case at this stage and interfere with the investigation process. However, it is made clear that respondent Nos.2 to 4 shall follow due process of law while investigating the said crime.
