Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents 2 & 3 in attempting to dispossess the Petitioner from his lands in Sy. Nos. 1040, 1038/1, 1038/8 & 1038/10, total admeasuring Acs. 7.05 cts.

, situated in Kottapalli village accounts, Chinnamandem Mandal, Kadapa District is arbitrary, discriminatory, violative of principles of natural justice, and unconstitutional, being violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents not to interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the Petitioner's lands, or alternatively direct the Respondents to pay suitable compensation amount to the Petitioner by following the procedure contemplated under Land Acquisition Act before acquiring the said lands and with all other consequential benefits. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri V Jagapathi, Advocate for the Petitioner and of GP for Land Acquisition for the respondents, the Court made the following.

"The learned AGP for Land Acquisition takes notice for the respondents and seeks time for filing counter affidavit. Post on 24-02-2014.
