This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 3rd respondent in refusing to receive the sale deed presented by the petitioner for registration in respect of plot No.10 in Sy.No.57/A/1 to 6, admeasuring 300 square yards covered in Block No.1 situated at Shamshiguda Village, Kukatpally Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District without assigning any reasons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in similar circumstances, for similar survey number, this Court disposed of WP.No.30430 of 2018, dated 27-08-2018. In view of the same, this writ petition is also disposed of. The 3rd respondent is directed to receive the document for registration, if the same is in order as per the provisions of Indian Stamps and Registration Act and the Rules made thereunder, and if the subject plot is not included in the list of prohibited properties for registration as per Section 22-A of the Registration Act, 1908 or not prohibited for registration by any order/injunction passed by the Court or competent authority. If he wants to refuse registration, he shall return the same by assigning reasons as early as possible, preferably, within a period of four weeks from today, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and all the concerned and communicate the same to the parties.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 24-10-2018 Nvl
