ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue a Writ, Order, or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ (i) to direct the respondents to revise and refix the pay of the petitioner as per the Pay Revision Committee reports as revised from time to time with due salaries and leave encashment benefits total of Rs.25,18,989/- with interest and to pay interest for the gratuity amount of Rs.90,000/- as per Section 7(3) and 7(3) (A) of Gratuity Act, 1972 and declare the action of the respondents is highly arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional in withholding the revised pay scale salaries as per the PRCs and service benefits of the petitioner is contrary to the rules and the law; (ii) and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice warrant as otherwise the petitioner will suffer with great loss."
Heard Sri P.Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had retired from service on 31.5.2017 on attaining the age of superannuation; that the respondents have not calculated the pensionary benefits properly; and that
he submitted a representation on 18.5.2018, but, so far, no action has been taken thereon.
Having regard to the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 18.5.2018 of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
