At request of respondents on 10.07.2017, the writ petition has been adjourned to today to enable the respondents to inform the court the present stage of the enquiry pursuant to the notice dated 16.06.2017.

2. The Assistant Government Pleader (Assignment) places on record the proceedings in Rc.No.153/ 2017/ DT dated 12.07.2017.

3. Mr. V. Saikumar, having regard to the order dated 12.07.2017, does not press the writ prayer but seeks liberty to challenge the order in a properly instituted proceedings.
