HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.10940 of 2013 ORDER:

The petitioners challenge order Rc.No.E5/ 1781/ 2013 dated 18.03.2013 of 1st respondent refusing to entertain the revision on the ground that the petitioners failed to show any cause for availing the remedy of revision after 12 years from the date of order i.e., from 23.05.2001. Mr. Challa Ajay Kumar contends that these entries have limited value and cannot conclusively decide the rights of the parties. As the petitioners are claiming proprietary rights, they may be given liberty to workout remedy before competent civil court. If the petitioners are successful before the civil court, the respondents are under obligation to carryout the decree of the court under Section 8(2) of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________ S.V. BHATT, J Date: 20.06.2017 BSS
