This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C by the petitioner/ A2, seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.203 of 2015 of Jogipet Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 380 I.P.C.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/ A2 and learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State, before ordering notice to respondent No.2/ de facto complainant and perused the grounds in the Criminal Petition.

It is the submission of the learned Public Prosecutor that the police already filed charge sheet before the learned Magistrate. Having regard to the above, this Criminal Petition is closed. However, further remedy to impugn the cognizance taken by the learned Magistrate is left open.
