HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32504 of 2018 ORDER:
The case of the petitioners is that they made representations to the 2nd respondent to issue new Pattedar Pass Books and Title Deeds to them in respect of the lands in question; and basing on their representations, the 2nd respondent caused the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry and submit a report and the 3rd respondent accordingly conducted Panchanama dated 13-08-2018. The grievance of the petitioners is that till date no orders are passed on the subject matter. Hence, this writ petition. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

It is stated that when the vendors of the petitioners tried to purchase the land in question from their vendors, the then SubRegistrar, has taken objection and insisted to take Occupancy Rights Certificate (ORC) from the competent authority and they approached the 2nd respondent, then also the 2nd respondent caused enquiry through the 3rd respondent and after report of the 3rd respondent, granted ORC vide proceedings dated 26-09-2017. The petitioners are subsequent purchasers of the lands in question and it is for the 2nd respondent to take a decision based on the
Panchanama dated 13-08-2018 said to have been submitted by the 3rd respondent and in the light of earlier proceedings issued in the matter in favour of the vendors of the petitioners. 4.
In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representations made by the petitioners for grant new Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds to them, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
