This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to relax the condition i.e., "the petitioners - accused Nos.2 to 4 are directed to appear before the concerned SHO, WPS, Begumpet, North zone, Hyderabad once in a month between 9.00 AM and 5.00 PM till filing of charge-sheet" imposed in the order dated 30-10-2015 in Crl.M.P.No.3251 of 2015 in Crl.M.P.No.3028 of 2015 in Crime No.169 of 2015 of WPS, Begumpet, Secunderabad. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material available on record.

In the circumstances, the condition i.e., "the petitioners - accused Nos.2 to 4 are directed to appear before the concerned SHO, WPS, Begumpet, North zone, Hyderabad once in a month between 9.00 AM and 5.00 PM till filing of charge-sheet" imposed in the order dated 30-10-2015 in Crl.M.P.No.3251 of 2015 in Crl.M.P.No.3028 of 2015 in Crime No.169 of 2015 of WPS, Begumpet, Secunderabad, is hereby relaxed.
