HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO W.P.No.21487 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the order dated 30.4.2016 passed by the second respondent dismissing the petitioner from service as arbitrary and illegal.

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner was reinstated into service.

In view of the same, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication and the same is dismissed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance with regard to payment of his outstanding salary, it is left open to him to avail appropriate remedies under law. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
