HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.6955 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.6732 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 & 2 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of crime No.387 of 2012 of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 498A & 406 IPC and Sections 4 & 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.6955 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
