The Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asst. Solicitor General for respondents. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that her case is not being considered for grant of family pension being wife of late KC Shallanna, Freedom Fighter and recipient of Samman Pension from Government of India, in spite of making an application in that behalf.

Learned Asst. Solicitor General for respondents submits that the application of the petitioner is not accompanied by required documents and therefore the application could not be processed.

In the circumstances, it is open for the petitioner to make fresh application by enclosing all the documents required for processing for grant of family pension within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on such an application being filed, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance

with law and also the scheme governing the field and take action accordingly within four weeks thereafter. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
