HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.179 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw O.S.No.153 of 2012 from the file of the VII Additional District Judge Court (FTC), Vijayawada, Krishna District, and transfer the same to the court of XII Additional Fast Track District Judge, Vijayawada, Krishna District, to try along with O.S.No.84 of 2012.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of similar petition before the appropriate forum.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
