ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 10.10.2012, in W.P.No.31779 of 2012.

By order, dated 07.08.2015, this Court admitted the contempt case and

issued notice in Form-I to the respondent.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Forests (TS) submitted that the respondent was allotted to the State of Andhra Pradesh consequent on the formation of the State of Telangana and that notice sent to the office address of the Divisional Forest Officer, Palvoncha, Khammam District was received by the present incumbent. She has further submitted that W.P.No.31779 of 2012 itself was dismissed by this Court by order, dated 06.08.2015.
