THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.680 of 2015 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 13.02.2014, passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.19105 of 2013.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that respondent No.3 issued proceedings in Rc.A.566/2014, dated 18.01.2016, in compliance with the directions issued by this Court in the aforesaid order.

In the light of the above, it cannot be said that there is any contempt on the part of the respondents.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
