HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4991 of 2015 ORDER :

This civil revision petition is filed by defendant No.12 in the suit in O.S.No.418 of 2015 on the file of V-Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. The only direction sought is for disposal of the application in I.A.No.343 of 2015. It is submitted that the petitioner is a builder and has already made substantial investments in the suit schedule property, and in the said suit, plaintiffs obtained order of status quo on 02.05.2015. It is submitted that inspite of the fact that all the defendants are served and counter affidavits are filed, the I.A. is not being disposed of.

Having regard to the interim relief sought for, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the revision petition, directing the learned VSenior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to dispose of I.A.No.343 of 2015 in O.S.No.418 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six weeks from today. It is made clear that such disposal shall be subject to verification of service of notices on necessary parties.

Subject to the above direction, the revision petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
