When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that Cr.No.193 of 2017, for the offences under Section 379 IPC and Section 22 of the Mines and Minerals Act, 1957 and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damages to the Public Property Act, 1984, has been registered, investigation is taken up and the police produced the vehicle before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chinthalapudi.

In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application before the concerned Court.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
