Mrs. J. Sandhya Rani, learned counsel, on behalf of Sri K. Venkatesh Gupta, learned counsel for the revision petitioner - accused, would submit that the present Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous as the matter has been compromised and, therefore, requests to dismiss it.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed, as requested.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the criminal revision case, stand closed.
