Sri S. Ganesh, learned counsel for the petitioners-accused Nos.2 to 4, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, having filed a request letter, dated 14.02.2017, before the Registrar (Judicial) to post the matter under the caption 'for withdrawal'. It appears, interim stay was granted on 13.10.2015 is extended from time to time.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
