HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CIVIL REVISION PETITION No. 3878 of 2016 ORDER:

The relief claimed in the present Civil Revision Petition is to direct the learned Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur, SPSR Nellore District to dispose of O.S.No.26 of 2014 pending adjudication on his file as expeditiously as possible.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and gone through the material papers, it is clear that the petitioner is a senior citizen, aged about 75 years. It is his case that if the suit is not disposed of expeditiously during his life time, he cannot project the suit property for his wife. In view of the above claim, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Court below-learned Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur, seeking expeditious disposal of the suit, by filing relevant circulars issued by the High Court from time to time in regard thereto.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
