Heard and perused the order.

Instead of depositing of 1/4th cheque amount, it is modified to 1/5th, by granting one month time from today to comply with the order of the lower appellate court, considering the expression in Dilip S.Lahanukar Vs. Kotak Mahindra Co. Ltd1, of the Apex Court referred in the order of the lower appellate court.

With the above direction, this criminal revision case is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
