This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 17.12.2015 passed in I.A.No.830 of 2015 in O.S.No.237 of 2000 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Nuzvid. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
