HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.22214 of 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that he filed representation dated 07-06-2017 before the 2nd respondent in respect of his grievance in the writ petition. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4 says that the writ petition can be disposed with a direction to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 07-06-2017 filed by the petitioner in accordance with law after issuing notice to the petitioner and the 4th respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
