Today, by a separate order, we have dismissed C.C.C.A.M.P.No.168 of 2017 filed for condonation of delay of 257 days in filing this appeal, for non-prosecution. In view of dismissal of C.C.C.A.M.P.No.168 of 2017, the appeal stands rejected.

As a sequel to rejection of the appeal, C.C.C.A.M.P.No.169 of 2017 filed by the appellant for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
