Sri I. Venkata Satyanarayana, learned counsel representing Sri C. Hanumantha Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that after the institution of the writ petition, the petitioner approached the Government by way of a revision assailing the very same demand notice which is challenged in the writ petition. Memo dated 02.07.2015 was filed by the learned counsel today stating that no information was forthcoming from the petitioner as regards the withdrawal of the revision petition before the Government. Learned counsel therefore sought leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Court hereinafter, if necessary. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
