The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that since the subject suit O.S.No.337 of 2011 on the file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Warangal, was disposed of, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision, which is filed challenging the judgment and decree dated 14.02.2012 passed in C.M.A.No.27 of 2011 by the II Additional District Judge, Warangal, wherein the order and decree dated 30.05.2011 passed in I.A.No.381 of 2011 in the subject suit by the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Warangal, was challenged.

Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
