O R D E R :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A1 under section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners/A-1 in Crl.MP.No. 3685 of 2016 vide order dated 07/11/2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-IAdditional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, directing to furnish personal bond of Rs.50,000/- [Rs. Fifty Thousand only] each and two sureties each who shall furnish a fixed deposits of Rs.50,000/- [Rs. Fifty Thousand only] each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Paderu, Visakhapatnam district.

2. Heard the counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.

3. I find no grounds to interfere with the order dated 07/11/2016 passed by the Metropolitan Sessions Judge-cum-IAdditional District and Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam, in Crl.MP.No. 3685 of 2016.

4. The Criminal Petition is accordingly dismissed.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand disposed of.
