This Company Application is filed by M/s. G.V.K Biosciences Private Limited for dispensing with the requirement of holding the meeting of its shareholders and for convening the meeting of its Unsecured/Trade Creditors for consideration of the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation with M/s. GVK Informatics Private Limited (Transferee Company).

This Court by order, dated 12.10.2015, has appointed the Chairperson for holding the meeting referred to above. Pursuant to the said direction the creditors meeting was conducted on 27.11.2015 and the Chairperson had filed his report before this Court. The report is taken on record and the Company Application stands disposed of.
