THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4040 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the continuance of investigation pursuant to registration of FIR No.10 of 2017. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation is being carried out without following due process of law and, more particularly, not complying with Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not following due process of law, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to follow the due process of law, particularly Section 41A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, while investigating Crime No.10 of 2017.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of at the stage of admission. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
