The Tribunal while granting compensation directed the said amount to be apportioned amongst respondent Nos.1 and 2 who are husband and wife/claimants.

Memo dated 04.11.2022 was filed along with death certificate of 2nd respondentVelaga Srinivasa Rao. In view of the death of 2nd respondent, the amount that was apportioned in his favour by the Tribunal shall be released in favour of 1st respondent-Velaga Nagamani.

To the extent indicated above, the order is clarified.

Accordingly, this application is ordered.

Registry is directed to issue modified copy of the order.
