THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.No.1 of 2018 in/and Writ Petition No.9393 of 2016 ORDER :
The writ petitioner Ravi Kumar Subramanyam (permitted by the Court today to correct the name of the petitioner from Ravi Subramanyam) filed petition I.A.No.1 of 2018 seeking to quash proceedings in Cr.No.719 of 2015 on the file of Madhapur Police Station in terms of compromise entered into between the parties submitting that the matter was already compromised between the petitioner and the complainant-respondent No.5-Advent Global Solutions Limited-a Company before the learned Sole Arbitrator by its award dt.29.09.2018 and this Writ Petition is filed in compliance with one of the terms in the compromise memo therein that the petitioner and the 5th respondent to file appropriate application before this Court for quashing the crime proceedings supra. The R.6 is not necessary party herein as he is also a party to the compromise therein as CEO of the R.5. The Court permitted T.Reddynath Reddy as authorized signatory to represent R.5 herein. In view of the above submissions, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed by permitting the parties to compromise the matter.
In the result, I.A.No.1 of 2018 is allowed. Consequently, the Writ Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.719 of 2015 on the file of Madhapur Police Station. The petitioner is acquitted and his bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
