Killampudi Gandhi v. Alapana Kala

HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.6534 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.6357 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused and the 1st respondent-defacto complainant of C.C.No.325 of 2014 on the file of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam, which is outcome of crime No.248 of 2014 of I Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam, registered for the offences under Sections 363 & 506 IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended. In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, both the Crl.P.M.P.No.6534 of 2017 and the criminal petition are allowed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
