THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.18621 of 2017 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.1 in not registering FIR against respondent Nos.5 to 15, inspite of his complaint dated 10.05.2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, would submit that a case in Crime No.172 of of Bheemunipatnam Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, came to be registered against the unofficial respondents for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 464, 465, 468, 471 and 427 read with Section 34 of IPC. 4.

In view of the above circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition and hence the writ petition is closed. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
