THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1683 of 2016 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the defendant, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 17.2.2016 passed in O.S. No.114 of 2013 on the file of the Court of I Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad. 2.

As per the office note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 07.8.2018. In view of the disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing of the revision petition has become infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit was dismissed for default and the petition for restoration of the suit is pending before the trial Court. 3.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. If the suit is restored, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
