This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/A2 under Section 438 of Cr.P.C, seeking to enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of her arrest in Crime No. 97 of 2016 of Rajupalem Police Station, Kadapa District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner/A2 seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner/A2 to withdraw the criminal petition. 3.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
