This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in interfering with the petitioner's manufacturing and sale of bio-products such as Emission, Srikill, Surakshat, BioRakshak, Chatura, Bio-Combi, Srizone, Mithra Green Plus-SP, ByeBye, Mithra No.1 and Mukthi. A perusal of the record shows that the petitioner failed to file any shred of evidence to show that it has established a manufacturing unit for producing bio-products. Indeed, as far back as 26.12.2012 this Court while issuing notice before admission has taken note of the submission of the learned Government Pleader that after filing of the writ petition the Assistant Director concerned has verified the address of the petitioner and found that no unit was existing. In the light of the above facts, no mandamus as sought in the writ petition can be granted. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.
