Petitioner claims that though he retired from service on 30.06.2014, so far his retirement benefits are not settled causing lot of hardship and suffering to the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ventilating the grievance on 23.11.2015 a representation was submitted by the petitioner addressed to the Commissioner and Director of School Education, State of Telangana, Chief Executive Officer, and District Educational Officer. So far no reply is given, causing lot of hardship and suffering on account of delay in settlement of retirement benefits.

Since a representation was already made by the petitioner ventilating his grievance, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition and keep the writ petition pending. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing respondents 3 to 5 to consider the grievance of the petitioner regarding settlement of his retirement benefits and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On such consideration, if it is found that petitioner is entitled to retirement benefits, the same shall be settled, within a further period of two months. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
