THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.427 and 725 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

The learned counsel for petitioner was absent on 12.11.2015 and it was posted to 16.11.2015. On 16.11.2015, the learned counsel for petitioner submitted that he handed over the case papers to the instructing trial Court advocate, and the learned counsel for petitioner was directed to inform the trial Court advocate with regard to the posting of case today.

Today when the case is called, the learned counsel, who earlier appeared in the case, submitted that he informed the trial Court advocate as per the directions of this Court with regard to posting of this case, and the trial Court advocate expressed his inability to entrust the case to some other advocate as the parties were not co-operating.

In the above circumstances, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Civil Revision Petitions shall stand closed.
