This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed against order, dated 28.02.2017, in I.A.No.4535 of 2014 in O.S.No.678 of 2014 on the file of the Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, Mr. A.Chandra Shaker, the learned counsel for the appellant, addressed letter, dated 11.7.2017, to the Registrar (Judicial), wherein it is stated that the parties have settled the dispute amicably outside the Court and that, he is instructed to withdraw the appeal.

At the hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant reiterated the contents of the said letter. Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, CMAMP.No.1048 of 2017 filed by the appellant for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
