ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, with the following relief:

"To issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the stocks in favour of the petitioners for the amounts paid to the 6th respondent as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to release the stocks to the petitioners".

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.6594 of 2015 dated 25.3.2015 and a copy of the said order is filed along with the writ petition as material paper.

3. Following the above mentioned judgment and for the reasons recorded therein, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 to 4 to supply stocks to such of the petitioners, who have already made payments by way of challans, which are already credited and accepted by the Government. It is made clear that if any of the petitioners are already supplied the stocks against the said payment, the direction herein will not apply to such of the petitioners and this direction will be applicable to such of the petitioners, who were not supplied stocks in spite of making payments. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
