Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration. 2.

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not taking any action on the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 18.10.2016 and 22.10.2016 as per the provisions laid down under the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955.

Learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration submits that the respondents will consider the representations of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously. 4.

In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 18.10.2016 and 22.10.2016 by strictly adhering to the provisions of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
