The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience order dated 27-12-2013 in W.P.No.36154 of 20912 whereby this Court has directed the respondent to pass an order on the petitioners' claim for denotifying Ac.591-00 of land in Sy.Nos.32 to 38, 40, 42 to 47, 70, 72 to 74 and 76 to 87 of Sikindalpur village, Shivampet Mandal, Medak District as 'Dastagardha Inam' lands within two months from the date of receipt of the order.

A counter-affidavit is filed by the respondent wherein it is inter alia stated that he has disposed of the claim of the petitioners vide Government Memo No.5331/JA/05, dated 24-2-2015. A copy of the said Memo is enclosed to the counter-affidavit. At the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners is not present. Having regard to the order passed by the respondent, albeit with

delay, for which explanation has been offered by him, the Contempt Case is closed.
