HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2031 of 2015 ORDER:

Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed :

Having regard to the fact that Charge sheet is filed against the petitioners/accused for the offence under Sections 498-A, 323, 324 r/w 34 IPC and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and the case is numbered as C.C.04 of 2015 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, S.Kota, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. However, considering the request of the learned counsel for petitioners, the attendance of petitioners/Accused Nos. 2 and 3 in C.C.No.04 of 2015 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, S.Kota, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial Court requires their attendance.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
