HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32754 OF 2018 ORDER:

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents, in not mutating the names of the petitioners in the revenue records pursuant to the on line application dated 25.9.2017, submitted by the petitioners in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.5.19 cents, situated at Sy.No.712/2 of Valasapalli Village, Madanapalle Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal and arbitrary. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though the petitioners submitted the on line application dated 25.9.2017 to the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, seeking to record their names in the revenue records in respect of the subject land, no action has been taken so far.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahsildar, to deal with the on line application dated 25.9.2017, submitted by the petitioners seeking to mutate their names in the revenue records in respect of the subject land, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to four months from today by giving the reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and all concerned.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
