O R D E R :

Heard all the counsel appearing for the parties.

2. The substantive grievance of petitioners is against the formation and registration of ninth respondent as Fishermen Co-operative Society. Though the prayer refers to various grievances of the petitioners but learned counsel for the petitioners has confined his grievance to the limited extent of issuing appropriate directions to Joint Director of Fisheries, SPSR Nellore district to look into their grievance, conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the eligibility and constitutionality of ninth respondent-society.

3. The Assistant Government Pleader appearing for respondents submits that the third respondent will look into the grievance of petitioners if circumstances so warrant, issue notice to ninth respondent, conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders

on the complaint of petitioners.

4. I am satisfied, having regard to the limited submissions made by the counsel appearing for the parties, the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

5. The petitioners are given liberty within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to resubmit representation dated 22/06/2014 to third respondent along with a copy of this order and request him to look into the complaints against ninth respondent-society and pass appropriate orders. Third respondent conducts enquiry as warranted by the facts and circumstances of the case, issue notice to ninth respondent and passes appropriate orders within eight weeks thereafter. Except giving liberty to petitioners to approach the third respondent and further direction to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioners, it is made clear that this Court has not expressed any view on the merits of the matter.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
