HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.29930 of 2015 PC: (Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this writ petition and seeks direction to the respondents to decide the show cause notice dated 10.9.2015, within time frame. He also seeks liberty to the petitioner to produce additional material, if any, before the concerned authority, within a period of one week from today.

The writ petition is disposed of as not pressed. The concerned authority shall decide the show cause notice as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. It is open to the petitioner to produce additional material, if any, and a copy of this order before the concerned authority to seek decision within time frame. All contentions are kept open.

Consequently, pending miscellaneous applications shall also stand closed.
