Ramasubramanian, J) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health (Telangana) and the learned standing counsel for the University.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that pursuant to the interim orders passed by this Court, the applications of the petitioners were received and they were permitted to participate in the counselling. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is closed. If the petitioners have already got admission to MBBS/BDS Course, the same may be confirmed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
